Refund Policy

This policy outlines how refunds work for services purchased from Ishant Dubey.

Free Strategy Call

The initial strategy call is free — no payment, no refund applicable.

Project / One-time Engagements

• 50% advance is required to initiate. This advance is non-refundable once work begins (research, planning, account setup).
• If we are unable to start within 14 days of receiving advance, full refund is provided on request.
• After delivery of the agreed scope, no refunds apply since work is complete.

Monthly Retainers

• Retainer is billed monthly in advance.
• You may cancel with 15 days written notice. Unused portion of the current month is not refunded (work is allocated up-front).
• If we materially fail to deliver agreed deliverables for a month, we offer either a credit for the next month or a pro-rata refund — your choice.

Ad Spend

All advertising spend is paid by client directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). We do not hold or refund ad budgets.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or deliverable, please email [email protected] within 30 days. We resolve most issues within 7 business days.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us. Unwarranted chargebacks (after work has been delivered) may be disputed with the payment processor and could affect future engagement.
