All projects begin with a free strategy call. After alignment, a written scope-of-work (SoW) and pricing are shared. Work commences after acceptance and applicable advance payment.
Pricing depends on scope, ad spend, and engagement model (retainer/project). Payments are typically: 50% advance, 50% on delivery (project) or monthly in advance (retainer). All amounts are in INR unless stated.
We work hard to deliver measurable results, but specific outcomes (e.g., "X% ROAS") are never guaranteed in writing because results depend on product-market fit, ad creative, market conditions, and many factors beyond our control. Past performance does not predict future results.
Client is responsible for all advertising spend on Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. We do not handle or hold ad budgets.
We treat all client business data as confidential. Case studies are shared only with explicit consent.
Retainers can be cancelled with 15 days written notice. Project contracts follow the agreed milestones and refund policy.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the most recent 30 days of service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
