1. Service Engagements

For consulting/development projects, refund terms are governed by signed SOW. Generally:

• Advance retainer: Refundable if no work started (within 7 days)
• Milestone payments: Non-refundable once milestone delivered
• Maintenance retainers: Pro-rated refund if cancelled with 30-day notice

2. Mini-Courses / Digital Products

7-day money-back guarantee from purchase date.

3. Strategy Calls

Refund if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled time. No refund for no-shows.

4. How to Request Refund

• Order/Project ID
• Purchase date
• Reason for refund

5. Processing Time

• Review: 48 hours
• Approved refunds: 5-7 business days
• Credited to original payment method
