Lead Priority AI — Delete Your Account

You can delete your Lead Priority AI account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open Lead Priority AI → Settings → Delete All Data. This wipes the encrypted local database on your phone and, if you had enabled Team Mode, permanently deletes your cloud account and all synced data from our servers.

Option 2 — By email

Email [email protected] from any address with the subject “Delete my Lead Priority AI account”. Include your anonymous User ID (shown in Settings) if you have it. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• All captured message data and classifications (local + cloud)
• Your rules and settings
• Your anonymous account and profile

What is retained

Nothing personal. Anonymized crash reports and aggregate analytics (which contain no message content) may persist in Firebase for up to 90 days per Google’s retention policy.
