Lead Priority AI helps business owners see which incoming messages are important. This policy explains exactly what the app reads, stores, and shares.

What the app reads

With your explicit permission (Android Notification Access), the app reads notification metadata and text from messaging apps you use: WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Gmail, and your SMS app. It reads nothing else — no contacts, no call logs, no files, no location.

The app never sends, replies to, or dismisses messages on your behalf. Reply suggestions are copy-only; you always press send yourself.

Where your data lives

• Default: on your device only. Messages are classified locally and stored in an encrypted database (SQLCipher) on your phone. Nothing leaves your device.
• Optional Team Mode (off by default): if you explicitly opt in, message category, scores, sender name, and message text are synced to our secure backend (Supabase, hosted in Mumbai, India) so your team admin can see lead activity. You can turn this off at any time.
• Optional AI classification (off by default): if enabled, message text is sent to our server-side AI proxy for classification. AI provider keys never live in the app. Responses are cached and rate-limited.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We never auto-send messages or act on your behalf.
• We never read notifications from apps other than the messaging apps listed above.

Analytics & crash reporting

The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand crashes and feature usage. This includes device model, OS version, and anonymized usage events — never message content.

Data deletion

Settings → Delete All Data wipes the local database and, if Team Mode was enabled, deletes your cloud data and account. You can also email [email protected] for deletion requests; we complete them within 30 days. See also: how to delete your account.

Data retention

Local data stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Cloud data (Team Mode only) is retained while your account is active and deleted on account deletion.

Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

We will update this page and the effective date when this policy changes.
